Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution is widely used in cell culture to prevent bacterial contamination. It is added to cell culture media to create a sterile environment for the growth of cells, inhibiting the proliferation of bacteria that may interfere with cell growth and experiments.
Commonly used in cell culture and microbiology research to prevent bacterial contamination. When added to a cell culture medium, the solution creates a sterile environment unfavorable for bacterial growth.
