Description These quality surgical hand instruments are made of the highest grade steel. They are manufactured in Germany and finished in Europe. The typical spay pack has only two Halstead Mosquito Forceps, but the VetOne Spay Pack offers four. All instruments in the pack are also available individually from MWI.
