This platform rocker provides a 3-dimensional “nutating” motion for moderately aggressive mixing. The size and rubber mat configuration allows for thorough, foam-free mixing in blood tubes and centrifuge tubes as well as in a variety of flat vessels. The supplied, autoclavable, dimpled mat holds tubes securely in place on its large, 12 x 12 in surface. The maintenance-free, brushless motor is capable of handling loads up to 2kg.
