Active Ingredient propionibacterium acnes Description A preparation consisting of 0.4 mg/mL non-viable Propionibacterium acnes suspended in 12.5% ethanol in saline. Indicated in dogs as an adjunct to antibiotic therapy in the treatment of chronic recurring canine pyoderma to decrease the severity and extent of lesions.
